Refund Policy

At Donna Giovanna, we are committed to providing transparent service. Our refund policy is governed by the rate chosen at the time of booking and the cancellation notice period.

1. Refundable Rates (Standard)

  • Free Cancellation: A full refund of the amount paid (minus any bank or management fees) will be given if the cancellation request is received within 30 days before the scheduled check-in date.

  • Late Cancellation: If cancellation occurs after the deadline indicated above, the entire amount paid will be non-refundable.

  • Early Departures: In the event of early departure from the booked check-out date, the guest is required to pay the full amount of the original stay; no refunds will be given for unused nights.

2. Non-Refundable Rates

  • Bookings made with the "Non-Refundable" rate offer a discounted rate in exchange for a total cancellation. In this case, no refunds are provided, regardless of the notice period or the reason for cancellation.

3. Method of Reimbursement

  • Approved refunds will be credited exclusively to the same payment method used for the original booking (Credit Card, Bank Transfer, or PayPal).

  • The time it takes for your refund to appear can vary from 5 to 10 business days, depending on the banking system.

4. Causes of Force Majeure

  • If the facility is unable to provide the service due to force majeure (serious technical failures, official orders, etc.), Donna Giovanna reserves the right to:

    1. Offer an alternative date for your stay.

    2. Issue a voucher of equal value that can be used within 12 months.

5. How to Request a Refund

  • All requests must be submitted in writing to donnagiovannasorrento@gmail.com, indicating the booking number and dates of stay. Refund requests made by phone or via social media will not be considered valid.
